Buttercups Training Academy for Medicine Counter Assistants

At last Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is available for Medicine Counter Assistants. The Academy for Medicine Counter Assistants is designed primarily for Medicine Counter Assistants who are interested in furthering their Continuing Professional Development. We hope that those studying our courses will give us feedback regarding the courses and use Buttercups Training interactive website to receive additional assistance with the course content.

Academy members can use the help-line for more or less 24/7 assistance from our dedicated team of pharmacists as well as having access to the password protected website.

Membership allows access to a variety of modules covering the treatment and management of minor ailments in the pharmacy. Members are issued with a username and password, giving them access to all available modules via the Buttercups Training website.

Multiple choice questions are completed online, and the candidate will receive immediate feedback on completion of a test or quiz. Candidates can obtain certificates for the modules they have completed by printing out their test or quiz results pages and submitting these to Buttercups Training, a minimum of 6 modules at a time.
