• Equip the assistant to assemble prescribed items accurately, contribute to safe and effective stock keeping and control systems, and communicate effectively with the public and other members of the healthcare team.

• Staff working either full or part time in a dispensary in a Dispensing Doctor's practice.

• 12 months

• The modules are assessed by multiple-choice questions or short-answer questions.
• The tasks require activities to be completed within the dispensary and the doctor or senior technician needs to sign that these tasks have been completed competently.

• Level 2 Equivalent (CPP).
