Preregistration Pharmacist Training Course Information

The Buttercups Training preregistration programmes can be tailored to meet your preregistration pharmacists' needs. We can provide anything from a half day session on a particular topic to a comprehensive programme delivered over 10 months.

We also offer distance learning modules for preregistration pharmacists on a range of topics which complement the syllabus requirements for the registration exam. For further information and a price list please click here.

The programmes are led by a team of experienced pharmacists who understand the pressures of the preregistration year and the importance of developing the responsible and professional attitude expected of a registered pharmacist, in addition to passing the registration assessment (formerly the registration examination).

"The course content was superb! Every aspect of the course materials was excellent. Hannah was an excellent tutor in every aspect. I really enjoyed and got loads out of each session. The notes and calculations were very useful."
- Vasilios Diamantios

"We covered a thorough overview of all topics needed for the exam, identified relevant areas and points that may not have otherwise been brought to my attention. The course was delivered in a way that was relevant and easy to understand and we were able to go back over any points that caused confusion. We had a very approachable tutor - both during the study days and in between and so provided a useful resource. The tutor had an excellent knowledge of all subjects. I was able to answer a question I came across in a past paper."
- Hannah Almond

"Good range of the syllabus covered; very helpful! Hannah is a very approachable and highly motivated teacher. It has been a pleasure to be taught by such an enthusiastic and dedicated pharmacist. Definitely recommend Buttercups Training!! Thank you very much."
- Ash Abhi

"Always approachable and answers all my emails! Thank you!"
